Terms of Service

These terms govern the supply of services by Mr Kitchen Porter ("we") to commercial customers ("you").

Quotes and acceptance

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quote is accepted when you confirm in writing (email is acceptable) or sign a service agreement.

Service delivery

We provide kitchen porter staffing and commercial kitchen cleaning services as detailed in your accepted quote or service agreement.

Payment

Standard terms: invoice on completion, payment within 14 days. Recurring contracts billed monthly in arrears. Late payment attracts statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Liability

We carry £5m public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. Our maximum liability for any single incident is capped at the value of the relevant service contract. We are not liable for consequential losses except where caused by our negligence.

Cancellation

Single bookings cancellable up to 24 hours before service start, free of charge. Inside 24 hours: 50% of booked value. Rolling contracts terminable with 30 days written notice from either party.

Disputes

Any dispute is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
